Product Questions

Not sure about some of our products, or looking for advice on our trays? Look no further.

Our mixed trays are available in 9-13mm or 13-17mm and our single trays are also available in 9-17mm. You will get 3-4x strips in each tray for the mixed trays so you will get a minimum of 16+ sets per tray.

The single trays have 16 strips per tray so again you will get a minimum of 16+ sets per tray, however, you will get more for your money by purchasing the single trays as you get one whole length per tray.

It is much easier to keep a track of your stock with the single trays plus you will be able to see which lengths you are running out of more easily.

We currently stock 6 different tweezers, however, our best selling tweezer for making handmade Russian fans is our L boot tweezer. For isolation most people use our isolation tweezer or the slant tweezer if you prefer to have a tweezer that is bent downwards for isolating. Another popular tweezer for making handmade Russians is the curved or the angled tweezer, most beginners love these two! For picking up an individual classic lash we recommend using our classic tweezer due to its small tip.

To give your clients the best experience and get the most out of their lashes we recommend you invest in good quality products to help improve retention. Firstly, we would recommend to always start by prepping the clients lashes.

Start by using our foam cleanser to get rid of any makeup and dirt from the lashes. Then use our primer, as primers contain alcohol this will dry out the clients natural lashes and will help the glue bond immediately and more effectively. Make sure the lashes are fully dry by using our fan before applying the lashes.

You need to be using a glue that works well for you and has a quick drying time we recommend our Iridescent glue or Impact glue. Finally, once the set is finished use our super bonder, this will harden the bond of the glue and clients can get their lashes wet straight away this helps to improve retention, your clients will thank you for it!

We have two incredible glues; Impact glue and the Iridescent glue, however, the best seller is our Iridescent glue this glue has a one second drying time and sticks to the natural lashes like a magnet! Lash artists are loving the Iridescent glue due to its iridescent / clear colouring (it doesn’t contain black carbon) this is also perfect for clients who have sensitive eyes or have allergies to the black carbon which is present in most glues.

All our lashes are made from a synthetic material so are completely cruelty-free and hypoallergenic.
