Delivery & Shipping

If you live close by you can save yourself the P&P charges by choosing the ‘Click & Collect’ option on the website and collect your order from us in-store at 463 Blackpool Road, Ashton, Preston PR22LE. Collections are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays) collection details will be emailed to you when your order has been received and processed.

Please note orders are processed Monday to Friday and orders must be placed by 1pm for them to be despatched the same day.

We currently use Royal Mail as our courier and a ‘signed for’ service. You can follow your delivery by inputting your tracking number (which is emailed to you) via and we offer the following delivery options:

Special Delivery guaranteed next day delivery by 1pm is £8. This is for UK mainland orders only. For this option orders must be placed by 1pm Monday to Friday.

1st Class Signed For delivery £5.50. This delivery option can take 2-3 days to arrive (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).

2nd Class Signed For delivery £4. This delivery option can take 3-5 days to arrive (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).

International (tracked) orders can take 3-4 weeks to arrive due to Customs.

We are unable to ship orders to PO boxes or Armed Forces addresses.

If a refund is required (through no fault of our own) the original P&P charges will be deducted by us when we receive the delivery back. As we charge a standard delivery fee the higher amount which we may have paid will be deducted if it is over the standard fee.

If the recipient refuses or misses the delivery or does not collect from their local sorting office within the specified time given by Royal Mail the order will be returned to iLashedPRO and it is your responsibility to contact us at and ask us to arrange the re-delivery, you will be responsible for paying the re-delivery P&P charges. Items will only be held for one month by us once returned. If someone else signs for your delivery we are not held responsible and it is the customers’ responsibility to take this up with Royal Mail.
