Delivery & Shipping
If you live close by you can save yourself the P&P charges by choosing the ‘In-store Collection’ option at the checkout and collect your order from us at iLashedPRO 463 Blackpool Road, Ashton, Preston PR22LE. Collections are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays) collection details will be emailed to you when your order has been received and processed, please also check your junk mail. We will keep hold of your collection for one month from ordering. It is worth noting that you can call into the store and buy products direct without ordering on the website, we are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
Orders are processed Monday to Friday and must be placed by 2pm for them to be despatched the same day.
We currently use Royal Mail as our courier. You can check the delivery status of your order using the tracking ID which is emailed to you when your order has been despatched, please also check your junk mail before contacting us with any queries:
Next Day Special Delivery Guaranteed is £8. This is for UK mainland orders only. For this option orders must be placed by 2pm (Monday to Friday). Excludes weekend deliveries.
Tracked 24* delivery £5.50. Please allow up to 2 working days for your order to arrive (excluding Bank Holidays).
Tracked 48* delivery £4.00. Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to arrive (excluding Bank Holidays).
Overseas / International Tracked orders can take 3-4 weeks to arrive due to Customs and shipping costs are calculated at the checkout.
We are unable to ship orders to PO boxes or Armed Forces addresses.
If a refund is required (through no fault of our own) the original P&P charges will be deducted by us when we receive the delivery back. As we charge a standard delivery fee the higher amount which we may have paid will be deducted if it is over the standard fee.
*Tracked services 24 & 48 include proof of delivery / photo on delivery. This is not a signed for service. Tracking ID is emailed to the customer once the order has been despatched (check junk mail folder too). Once an order has been confirmed as delivered by Royal Mail responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer / recipient. We are unable to offer a refund or replacement in cases where a parcel has been delivered correctly but is later reported as missing or stolen, particularly in shared or communal areas. If parcels are known to go missing at your address we suggest arranging delivery to a secure alternative address ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel.
If the customer / recipient refuses or misses the delivery or does not collect from their local sorting office within the specified time given by Royal Mail the order will be returned to iLashedPRO and it is the customers responsibility to contact us at hello@ilashedpro.co.uk or direct message on IG @ilashedpro_ and ask us to arrange the re-delivery, the customer is responsible for paying the re-delivery P&P charges. Items will only be held for one month by us once returned and not refunded after this date.
